Shipping

You can't wait to get your new stuff and we can't wait to get them into your hands! Most products will be shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS. If your order is time sensitive and you need it sent right away or by expedited mail, please contact us before you make your purchase to make sure we can fulfill your request.

For orders shipped outside of the United States, by making a purchase from Bugsella, you agree to bear all responsibilities for any duties and other custom clearance charges on your order.

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with our products. However, if you have a need to return an item, please contact us by email at [email protected] for authorization and instruction. Keep in mind every single item in our shop is handmade in our studio, and not mass-manufactured in a factory overseas. As such, our return policy reads a bit more strict as compared to what you may find at a big-box retail shop.

Unused, unopened products with original tags and other packaging materials may be returned within 7 days of receipt at your cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. No return or exchange on custom orders, sale or clearance items.

Communications

We may, from time to time (more like once in a blue moon), send you promotional material through email. Under no circumstance will Bugsella ever sell, share or otherwise distribute your email to third parties. You can opt out of our mailing list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the footer of such email.
